Irene Lopez de Vallejo
Irene has a unique combination of technical skills, professional experience and attitude that has put to the service of building fairer futures for all.
Her career spans more than 25 years of experience in public and private, profit and non-profit organizations supporting technological innovation, fostering the development of technological ecosystems and applying technology to solve business challenges, in the UK and Europe.
Throughout these years she has worked across the whole spectrum of innovation, from collaborative R&D, incubation, acceleration, the development of semi-public economic intervention programs, strategy, to entrepreneurship and participation in the ecosystem of international private and impact investment.
Her specialty is the ability to translate complex technological, ideological and academic ideas and propositions to multiple stakeholders, getting their buy-in and spur them into action. Irene holds a PhD in Architecture, an MSC in European Affairs and a BSc in Sociology.
